National 360's Perth team is growing and looking for a
Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner
to join. As a
Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner
, you will have the opportunity to advocate for clients and work alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team.
This role offers to deliver meaningful support to NDIS participants across community, clinic, and telehealth settings. Located in Perth, you'll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team in an environment that values your professional development and aims to improve quality of life for participants and their support networks.
What You'll Do
Developing strong, collaborative relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders.
Conducting comprehensive Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs) to identify underlying needs.
Designing and implementing person-centred Behaviour Support Plans that promote positive change.
Providing education and training to carers and support teams to build capacity and confidence.
Ensuring compliance with NDIS guidelines by reviewing and actively reducing restrictive practices.
Collecting and analysing data regularly to monitor progress and inform ongoing support strategies.
About You / Qualifications
You are endorsed as 'Core' or above against the PBS Capability Framework (evidence of letter of suitability from the NDIS Commission also required).
You hold a relevant bachelor's degree (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Counselling, Social, Disability, Teaching or Social Sciences).
You have full Australian working rights.
You have prior experience in community, private or acute settings.
You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver's licence.
You have or are willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working with Children Check.
