About the Role
- Ensure patients and other staff are treated fairly and with mutual respect and understanding, regardless of cultural, religious, ethnic, and linguistic backgrounds, gender, identity, ages or abilities.
- Drawing on mutual resources as peers and utilising a range of recovery tools, techniques and experience, support consumers to identify their own achievable and meaningful recovery goals, and with planning to make positive changes to achieve these.
- Support consumers and the team through the administrative processes relating to the delivery of education activities.
