The role is based at our Naval Base Depot in Perth, Western Australia, on a full-time Monday–Friday basis.
Responsibilities
Delivering administrative and organizational support to aid the smooth running of projects
Purchasing necessary equipment for the depot
Ensuring information is available in an accurate and timely fashion
Collecting, maintaining and processing data and documents
Summarizing information to focus on key points
Writing and compiling reports to aid in the strong communication of information
Facilitate timesheet and leave application processes for crew members
What You'll Need
Professional level experience in departmental and administrative systems, and MS Office suite
English, fluent proficiency verbal and written
Relevant experience in civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports and mining (advantageous)
Two years of relevant work experience
High attention to detail
Prior experience with Office365
SAP experience desirable
