Keystar Autoworld is part of Inchcape Australia who are a leading player in the automotive services sector operating in the distribution, retail and logistics markets and specialise in the Mitsubishi, Kia, Subaru and Isuzu brands at the Morayfield site.

An opportunity for a highly organised **Accounts Clerk **to support our team at** Rothwell**. In this role you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring accuracy of deal pack costing and processing
- Preparing balance sheet reconciliations
- Adhering to and enforcing company processes, procedures and guidelines
- Ensuring compliance with both company and relevant accounting policies
- Providing transparent reporting to Sales Managers and Commercial Manager
- Managing the daily collection, reconciliation to system and deposit in the bank of cash receipts

- Communicates with impact to manage multiple stakeholders to achieve the best results for the business
- Shows exceptional time management, prioritisation, planning and execution skills
- Is driven by process and holds other team members to account to ensure they do the same
- Understands that compliance is at the heart of this role. We provide all the frameworks, guidelines and standards, but you ensure that everything you do complies with expectations
- Leads in customer experience by meeting tight reporting deadlines
- Manages all requests efficiently, with professionalism and escalates any issues to ensure they are proactively managed
- Has a resilient and proactive attitude to managing challenges and obstacles
- Enjoys working in an evolving and fast paced retail environment.
