Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Balmain Care For Kids Full time

We are looking for a passionate Educator to join our Family here at our Nursery campus, to assist one to two days a week. You would work as a member of the team, sharing the daily tasks and responsibilities to support the participation of all children across the educational program.

You would be passionate in:

- Inclusive practices,
- Interacting with all children and providing support to individual children when needed, including children with higher support needs,
- Helping children to be included in larger and smaller group activities,
- Assisting children to extend and grow their developmental milestones,
- Building strong relationships with families and children,
- Working together as a team to think about how inclusive practices are implemented and reflected in the room,
- Supporting children to communicate and learn from each other.

Must have:

- Valid WWCC,
- Have gained a Qualification in Early Childhood or be working towards a qualification in Early Childhood,
- Child Protection Qualification.

Preferred:

- First Aid and CPR Certificate,
- Have experience in Early childhood sector or previously worked with children who have higher needs,
- Experience in assisting or developing an Inclusion Support Plan.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $34.00 per hour
