**Position Available: Kitchen Hand**

Rose Thai Hut, a vibrant food van located in the heart of Tullamarine on Carrick Drive, is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Kitchen Hand to join our small but passionate team. Specialising in authentic Thai cuisine, we pride ourselves on delivering delicious, traditional dishes that delight our customers every time.

**About the Role**:
As a Kitchen Hand, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring that our food is not only delicious but also presented and served to our high standards. Your responsibilities will include:

- Taking orders over the phone and in-person with a friendly demeanor.
- Packing food for takeaway, ensuring orders are accurate and presented well.
- Serving rice and assisting in the preparation of dishes like deep-fried spring rolls and curry puffs.
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment, in line with food safety standards.

**What We're Looking For**:

- A current Victorian Food Handling Certificate is essential.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not necessary - we value a willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
- Availability to work from 5pm to 9pm.
- A team player with a passion for food and providing excellent customer service.
