We have a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing and acquisitive corporate, operating in the technology sector.
They are looking to appoint a talented M&A Analyst to join their ANZ team, to play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and executing new acquisitions.
This is an outstanding chance to gain end-to-end exposure to the M&A process - from deal origination, financial modelling and valuation - through to due diligence, negotiation, and closing.
You will work directly with experienced corporate development and investment professionals, in a highly collaborative, low-ego environment, helping to build the company's presence in the region.
You'll be contributing to the growth of a global business with a proven, differentiated strategy and track record of successful acquisition and integration.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the identification and evaluation of potential acquisition opportunities across Australia and New Zealand
Conducting market and company research, financial analysis, and business case development
Preparing valuation models and internal investment materials
Coordinating due diligence processes and assisting with transaction execution
Building relationships with industry experts, advisors, and other stakeholders in the technology ecosystem
The successful candidate will be a talented corporate finance professional, with c.2–3 years of experience in M&A lead advisory, investment banking, transaction services, or corporate development.
