**The Role**

We are on the lookout for an energetic and passionate **Casual Coach** to join our coaching team. You'll be leading group training sessions, inspiring our members to give their best, and making sure every person feels welcome, supported, and pushed to their potential.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver high-energy, high-quality group training sessions following the BFT programming
- Provide coaching cues and exercise progressions/regressions to suit all fitness levels
- Build strong relationships with members and create an encouraging training environment
- Assist with gym set-up, pack-down, cleaning and maintaining studio standards
- Represent the BFT brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and passion

**What We're Looking For**
- Certificate III & IV in Fitness
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- A passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player with a positive, "can-do" attitude
- Availability for early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends as required
- Ability to help with social media ideas and execution
