Reporting to the Financial controller, this key role is primarily responsible to lead and transform out financial shared services function, ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of financial transactions. If you are a dynamic leader with a passion for process improvement, this role is for you.

To be successful in this role you will need to have been previously successful in a financially complex business and have excellent communication skills. You will also need the skills to drive and evolve the current financial processes, as well as managing expectations of several key stakeholders both internal and external to the business.

As the **Finance Shared Services Manager,** you will be at the forefront of shaping and optimizing our financial shared services function.

**What you'll be doing...**

**Inspirational Leadership**: Provide inspirational leadership, clear direction, and effective line management to the shared services team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.

**Efficient Financial Operations**: Ensure the timely and accurate processing of all financial operations transactions, maintaining robust controls and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

**Performance Enhancement**: Drive the performance and quality of the shared services teams to consistently exceed expectations, delivering on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.

**KPI Development**: Develop and provide KPIs and metrics to senior management, enabling informed decision-making and the continuous improvement of financial processes.

**Workload Management**: Organize and prioritize workloads to meet the demands of the role, consistently achieving KPIs and maintaining service excellence.

**Continuous Improvement**: Champion best practices and process efficiencies through continuous improvement initiatives, staying at the forefront of process improvement methodologies.

**Stakeholder Relations**: Build and develop strong stakeholder relationships with other managers and the wider business, fostering collaboration and effective communication.

**Who you are...**
- CA or CPA qualification
- 5 years plus experience
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills
- Post grad qual in accounting an advantage
