Based in Sydney, our CAD Cadetship offers a structured two-year training pathway designed to build your skills and experience in civil infrastructure drafting and digital deliverables. Join a technically strong, inclusive team and contribute to exciting projects across Sydney and the wider region.

**The Opportunity**
- Collaborate closely with engineers and senior CAD technicians to deliver high-quality drafting services.
- Prepare detailed sketches, plans, charts, and designs for civil engineering projects including drainage, roads, rail, airports, and more.
- Collect and compile data for catchment and drainage analyses.
- Assist with site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications, regulations, and contract requirements.

**Is this role right for you?**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Drafting, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency or demonstrated ability in drafting, preferably using MicroStation or AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of civil infrastructure design, with experience or interest in highways, rail, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A motivated, team-oriented attitude with the ability to manage workload effectively and excel under pressure.
