**About Your New Role**

If you are looking for a role that has purpose, that delivers real value to the community in which you live, your new role as a **Home Care Services Manager** places you front and centre in delivering our aspiration of enabling the wellbeing of ageing Australians.

You will manage and lead the South East Melbourne team to deliver excellence in service delivery and care to your customers whilst developing an exceptional reputation in your region, through your effective people leadership and business operational skills.

**About You**

We are searching for an **accomplished leader** with experience in the delivery of community-based care services with an excellent understanding of at home Aged Care funding and the Aged Care Quality Standards.

You will be outcome focused and have successfully managed a team within a complex and changing organisation. Your self-motivation and initiative will enable you to make sound decisions to be effective in leading your team in the Community Aged Care sector.

You will possess the following attributes and skills:

- Exceptional people leadership experience, including effective management of remote and multi-site operations
- Sound knowledge of at home Aged Care programs and funding
- Effective skills in coaching and developing team and individual performance within a customer-centric business
- Experience in Operational Business Management
- Proven Business Development skills
