RACQ is seeking experienced Windscreen Fitters, and we also welcome trainees eager to learn and develop their skills, to join our high-performing team across the Sunshine Coast.
About the role As a Windscreen Fitter at RACQ, you'll deliver expert mobile windscreen and auto glass replacement services to our members and customers.
You'll work across a wide range of vehicle makes and models, ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards.This is a hands-on, autonomous role where your technical expertise and attention to detail will shine.
For those starting out, full training will be provided to help you build confidence and capability in the role.Annual salary commencing from $73,150 - negotiable depending on experience.
About you Proven experience in windscreen fitting, automotive glazing, or a related tradeStrong understanding of vehicle structures and safety protocolsAbility to work independently and manage a mobile service scheduleExcellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality workmanshipA customer-first mindset and strong communication skillsHold current C Class Drivers LicenceSuccessful candidates will undergo a pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening, provide a five-year diving history and complete a criminal history check.
