As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Handling inbound calls from customers regarding orders, inquiries, and general assistance.
- Providing timely and accurate information regarding product features, pricing, availability, and order status.
- Assisting customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
- Maintaining a positive and professional demeanour at all times, ensuring each customer interaction is friendly and solution-oriented.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and shipping, to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call centre or inbound support role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for finding creative solutions.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for helping others and a dedication to providing exceptional customer experiences.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $29.04 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- No weekends

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
