**Assistant Store Manager - Dolly's Açaí & Frozen Yoghurt Balmain**

We're on the lookout for a passionate and experienced **Assistant Manager** to lead the team at our Balmain Dolly's Açaí store.

**About the Role**

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, including team leadership, customer service, and ensuring the smooth running of the kitchen and front-of-house.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily store operations and lead a growing team (currently 9 casual staff)
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock levels
- Uphold high product quality standards and ensure daily freshness
- Prepare açaí bowls, smoothies, frozen yoghurt, and other menu items
- Assist customers, handle transactions, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain excellent product knowledge, including dietary information
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld at all times

- Proven experience in food and beverage management or similar roles
- A proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and leads with confidence
- Reliable, adaptable, and eager to grow with the business
- A team player with excellent customer focus and attention to detail

**Must be available at least 4 days per week on a rotating roster Monday - Sunday including evenings.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
