**About the Role**

We are looking for an Authorised Reporting Officer (ARO) to ensure that all restrictive practices used in disability support services are correctly recorded and reported to meet government requirements. This role is vital in keeping people safe and making sure the organisation follows all rules and guidelines.

**In this role, you will**:

- Ensure reports are completed on time and meet compliance standards.
- Check data for accuracy and make sure all records are correct.
- Identify trends and report on areas for improvement.
- Support staff by helping them understand reporting rules.

**About You**
- Experience in compliance, reporting, or disability support services.
- Understanding of NDIS rules, restrictive practices, and reporting systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data.
- Clear communication skills to support teams and ensure compliance.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Certificate IV or higher in Community Services, Disability, Compliance, or a related field (or relevant experience).
- Knowledge of positive behaviour support and human rights frameworks.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
