Social Media Manager

**THE OVERVIEW**

With a year of growth under our belt and a few new clients wins on the wall, we're looking for a whip-smart, creatively hungry Social Media Manager to get in on the fun.

As the Social Media Manager, you'll be the creator of calendars, the leader of communities and the finder of trends. You'll work closely with the Account Lead and agency Co-Founders to bring social and influencer strategies to life - putting your creative spin on every piece of content and copy that goes out the door.

You'll play a vital role in ensuring clients are happy, content is performing and the culture is enjoyable. In return, we'll provide you with the freedom to explore, learn, and create work that you'll be proud of, and to have a lot of fun along the way - it's one of our promises

**THE ROLE**
- Bringing new ideas and fresh thinking to our clients you'll lead the development of multi-platform content calendars
- Create detailed and easy-to-follow briefs for designers, photographers, and videographers to bring content concepts to life
- Monitor, manage and foster engaged communities for our clients across platforms, making sure the comments section is as interesting as the post itself
- Develop always-on and campaign reports that turn data points into "oh wow" insights that effectively fuel ongoing work
- Bring platform, creative and audiences trends and insights into the creation of social and influencer strategies
- Source, analyse, brief and manage influencer partnerships for clients across categories and platforms
- Implement paid media campaigns across platforms, making sure that the stunning content we create reaches the right people
- Support creative campaign responses, bringing performance data and creativity together in interesting ways

**THE WISHLIST**
- With min 4 years of experience in a social team, you know your Reels from your Shorts and are fluent in a range of social platforms from TikTok to LinkedIn
- Creative at the core with an eye for design you take pride in creating strong content that sells
- Obsessed with what's new and topical in social, you read more social newsletters than we do and have your finger on the pulse of new and emerging trends
- You've managed influencer campaigns from start to finish and know who is who in the zoo
- Account management is your forte, always keeping clients on board and in-the-loop day in, and day out
- Operational excellence? You have that in spades. Little details are a big deal to you
- You know your CPMs from your CPCs and are as comfortable with paid as you are with organic
- Understand and know social media engagement and monitoring tools such as HootSuite, Brandwatch, Iconosquare and more
- When there's a problem, you're on the hunt for a solution, with an attitude and approach that makes work enjoyable and collaborative
