Jaybro Group is looking for a Business Manager to lead our team, grow the business, and deliver exceptional customer value at our new Geelong Branch
As Business Manager, you'll take full ownership of operations at the new Geelong branch – leading sales, operations, and team performance.
You'll drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and champion a culture of safety, service, and success.This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with key customers, build high-performing teams, and deliver operational excellence from order to delivery.Commercial Performance & Growth Own the branch P&L and drive profitable growth across all customer segments and product categories Develop and execute a clear commercial plan to grow revenue, expand market share, and protect margin Analyse performance trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities Manage pricing strategy, cost control, and sales mix to maximise EBITDA Sales & Customer Growth Own the state P&L and deliver on revenue and margin targets Lead a customer-first sales culture focused on solution selling Build and manage strong relationships with major contractors and project partners Operational Excellence Ensure efficient warehouse, logistics, and inventory operations Drive improvements in delivery performance, service levels, and cost efficiency Work with supply chain teams to manage stock availability and demand Safety, Quality & Compliance Lead by example in safety and compliance Maintain and improve safety culture and HSEQ standards across sites Team Leadership Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, commercially minded team Embed a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer service Manage rosters, budgets, and team development using Jaybro Group's people frameworks Financial Management Manage budgets, reporting, and cost control Identify and act on opportunities to improve profitability
