Experienced Meat Trimmers (Knife Hand) Wanted

Join our team at a meat factory in Cooma, NSW as a Meat Trimmer. We are currently hiring two experienced individuals who can ensure the quality and consistency of our meat products.

Location: Cooma, NSW

Shift: Monday to Friday, Morning Shift

**Salary**: Great pay. Commensurate with experience (based on the Meat Factory Workers Minimum Award)

**Responsibilities**:

- Trim and prepare meat products to established standards
- Handle and store meat products properly
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the work area
- Operate and maintain meat processing equipment
- Adhere to health and safety regulations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Meat Trimmer or similar role (Knife hand)
- Knowledge of meat processing techniques and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $28.26 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- CARLAMINDA, NSW 2630: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
