This role is based in the Sydney office. Their offices are in Melbourne and Sydney comprise of over 70 staff - including strategy, creative, design, production and digital development. You will be expected to liaise closely with the clients based in Sydney and with the team Melbourne office. A very hands on role, it will require the ability to work independently, be able to manage teams remotely, have excellent communication skills and be highly self motivated. The role requires working on the client site in Sydney and in the office

**Responsibilities of this role**:

- Actively managing client relationships to build trust with senior clients in the client businesses.
- Working remotely but collaboratively with teams in Melbourne including production, studio, creative and strategy.
- Working closely with the planning team to ensure insights are incorporated into responses for all creative briefs
- Resource management and planning
- Running weekly WIPs for the client and media partners
- Managing workflow for retained resources and out-of-scope (where required)
- Following existing processes and actively identifying efficiencies and improvements in ways of working
- End-to-end management of medium to large scale campaigns from briefing to dispatching of assets
- Managing client expectations, conducting stakeholder workshops and presentations
- Mentoring and guiding Junior Account Service
- Identify opportunities for out-of-scope projects
- Managing the financial responsibilities for client campaigns including:

- Estimating / invoicing as required
- Budget tracking and management
- Monthly JCRs

- Required computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite
- Nice-to-haves: Google 360, DoubleClick Studio, Domo, Trello, Figma, Clickup

Expectations for experience in a similar role:

- 4-5 years industry experience managing end-to-end campaigns; including client service, creative development, briefing and production
- Experience working in a fast paced retail team
