We are looking for a Treasury Accounts Administrator to join our growing team based in our fabulous Rowville office. This role will see you contributing to the profitability, growth and return on investment of GPC Asia Pacific in the provision of a treasury service across GPCAP and Motion Industries whilst adhering to company values, policy, and statutory legislation.

**The responsibilities of the role include but not limited to**:

- Assisting in the maintenance of competent banking relationships
- Coordinating the administration activities associated with internet banking
- Providing the KYC requirements of GPCAP/MAP partnered banks associated with AML
- Maintaining an accurate bank signatory register by account
- Documenting administration procedures/processes associated with online banking platforms
- Assisting the auditors with yearly requirements
- Playing an active role in Group PCI Compliance
- Coordinating the annual Eftpos Terminal Audit (Australia & NZ)
- Assisting with the calculation and landing of foreign currency
- Reviewing & distribute daily chargeback activity from the bank statements
- Undertaking Tertiary qualification in business or finance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong excel and data manipulation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Have a continuous improvement mindset
