**STOREPERSON**
- Rate starting from $35/hr
- Hours of work: Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm, Friday: 8am-2:00pm

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
s part of the Warehouse and Logistics team, you will contribute to the efficient and effective distribution of our components and products by handling materials, controlling inventory, picking, packing and organising transportation.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensure tools, plant and equipment is safe, clean and fit for purpose prior to using in the execution of tasks
- Unload incoming freight and load outgoing freight
- Receive incoming goods and move goods to appropriate locations
- Pick, pack and dispatch outgoing goods and equipment
- Organise transportation for incoming and outgoing goods as the shipping terms require.
- Work with the Production Controllers to ensure that goods are picked and placed for production operations
- Participate in cycle counting and stocktake and the associated resulting administration from these tasks
- Complete quality and inspection processes, which may include paper or electronic documentation
- Maintain site equipment
- Be an active member of the operations team - provide input into product, quality, work process and work environment improvements and programs
- Other duties as directed by a Supervisor or Manager

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment would be an advantage
- High risk occupational tickets and/or VOC for forklift, overhead gantry crane, dogger and rigger is preferred
