**Hotel General Manager**

**Quest Chermside and Quest Chermside on Playfield** have a total of 132 rooms and are located in Chermside next to Westfield Chermside Shopping Centre. The properties opened in 2016 and 2008 and both hotels have been nominated several times for Quest Apartment Hotels Franchisee of the Year.

Quest Chermside and Quest Chermside on Playfield now has an exciting opportunity available for a
**General Manager **to join its team on a full-time basis.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Franchisee, this highly autonomous, leadership role involves managing all operational functions of the business, including sales, front office reception, housekeeping and maintenance, and associated HR, finance, IT, administration, leasing, refurbishment and strategic business planning activities, in line with the established Quest brand, model and procedures, and statutory requirements.

Will have demonstrated success in a prior senior role in a hotel e.g. Hotel Manager, General Manager, Front Office Manager, and demonstrate an ability to inspire a team to achieve sales outcomes, deliver positive guest experiences, and align with the proven Quest brand, model and procedures.

First rate communication, leadership and planning skills are essential, as is the ability to flex between strategic planning and hands-on operational activities.
