**Company Overview**

Our client is a market leader in the Insurance industry based in Sydney. They currently have an opening for a Test Manager to join a growing team on an initial 12 month contract basis focusing on a large stream of work as part of one of their largest ongoing programmes.

**Role Overview**

This role requires an experienced Test Manager to be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end testing strategy/plans, leading the testing teams, end-to-end Test Management across User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as well as BAU initiatives.

Joining the project at the early/scoping stages, you will also be responsible for working closely with stakeholders, managing multiple concurrent testing workstreams and technology teams as well as third party vendors.

**Skills & Experience**
- 5+ years' experience in a Test Management position
- End to end Test Management experience
- Prior experience of UAT testing
- Experience of setting up Testing environments/strategies
- Recent Insurance/Financial Services experience is preferred
- Managing multiple teams/stakeholders/third party vendors
- Hands-on testing/management experience
- Superb communication skills
