That's why we're transforming how our supply chain operates through Project Horizon , the ANZ Integrated Supply Chain Transformation Program.This is more than a project— it's a bold step toward creating a connected, digital-first ecosystem , enabling us to respond with greater agility, efficiency and resilience.We're now seeking a Logistics Functional Expert to act as a project manager, supporting the Logistics Lead in delivering the Logistics Acceleration Workstream within Project Horizon.
You'll be at the forefront of redesigning how we manage warehousing, transport, and logistics—from strategy to execution.What you'll do :Project Management & GovernanceSupport feasibility studies across end-to-end supply chain, warehousing and transportEnsure process, people and tech design are fit-for-purposeTrack project milestones and report on progress and budget statusCoordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Supply, Commercial, Digital Technology, S&F, consultants, 3PLs)Manage project financials, scope, risks, risk mitigation, and quality standardsChange ManagementLead future-state process design and conduct gap / impact analysisDesign and execute a robust change management programDrive stakeholder alignment and training programs to ensure successful adoptionEnable smooth transitions from deployment to business-as-usualOperational ExcellenceEstablish strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholdersDeliver on cost, service and quality targets through collaboration and accountabilityProvide analytical and functional logistics support to the broader Horizon teamEnsure vendor deliverables meet contract and performance expectationsWhat we're looking for :Degree qualified in Supply Chain, Commerce, Engineering, IT or FinanceExperience in logistics / supply chain operationsProven project management experience in large, complex or cross-segment projectsStrong process knowledge across warehousing, transport and / or international logisticsExcellent communication, collaboration and influencing skillsDigital mindset – strong systems capability and learning agilitySAP functional knowledge – ideally Atlas / SAP ECC6 or S / 4HANAWhat can you expect from Mars?
