Position
Role: OSHC Educator
Duties and Responsibilities
Support the centre in maintaining a high-quality standard of middle childhood education and care.
Ensure compliance with the Education and Care National Law and Regulations, including the National Quality Standards, at all times.
Assist in the implementation of an innovative and reflective middle childhood education program that is reflective of the principles, practices and outcomes of the Middle Year Learning Framework.
Contribute to a collaborative team through shared learning, a positive attitude, and sound communication skills.
Develop and maintain meaningful, respectful relationships with children, families, colleagues, community members, management and other relevant professionals.
Observe and document children's learning and development using a variety of methods.

Qualifications
Working with Children Check.
Current Senior First Aid Certificate including Asthma and Anaphylaxis.
Experience in providing quality learning experiences and environments for young people.
Demonstrated ability to communicate positively and build trusting relationships with children, families and colleagues.
Demonstrated commitment to professional learning and development.
Effective communication skills.
Salary and Benefits
The salary range starts at
$36 per hour (Grade C, Step1) + 12% super
. Salary may be negotiable dependent on skills and experience.
