**The Role**

We are currently seeking experienced cold store Pick Packers (freezer & chiller work) for our Brunswick Operation, in Melbourne, Victoria.

As a Pick Packer, you will be primarily responsible for the safe, efficient, accurate and timely picking of our Customer orders as well as assisting the broader Operations Team.

You will report directly to the Brunswick Pick Pack Team Leader.

**We're Offering**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Picking & packing orders in a freezer & chill environment.
- Developing and maintaining good relationships with Picking Team and all other staff.
- Working safely and complying with our WHS & Employee Policies & Procedures.

**To be considered for this Role you will have the following skills & experience**:

- Strong and clear communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 20kg weight
- Forklift licence is an advantage but not essential.
- Experience in chilled and frozen food distribution is an advantage
- Ability to work autonomously, willingness to take direction and work as part of a team
