Your New Role:Our program is designed to give you hands-on, industry-leading experience and set you on the path to key leadership and management roles within our company.
Here's what you'll be doing: Diverse Placement Program: Rotate through various business areas, from customer service to warehouse management, gaining exposure to different management styles and strategies.
Holistic Business Understanding: Get a 360-degree view of how a successful business operates by working in customer service, business development, administration, warehouse management, and purchasing.
Mentorship and Support: Be closely mentored to become a future business manager and join the MMEM senior leadership team.
A Bit About You: Hands-On Attitude: Excited to dive into every aspect of the operation, from warehousing logistics to sales.
You can leave the suit and tie at home.
Future Leader: Eager to become a leader in a dynamic customer service environment, always keen to learn new business skills.
Excellent Communicator: Your upbeat attitude and superb communication skills enable you to build strong relationships and rapport effortlessly.
Full Working Rights: You have full Australian working rights, as we cannot offer sponsorship for this role.
