What does the role involve?
- Configure and deploy automated campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Partner with the CRM and Financial Services teams to identify innovative improvements to the digital marketing strategies
- Engage with the platform supplier and other sources to develop and maintain industry best practice
- Develop and implement personalised, relevant and targeted communications, across all relevant digital channels.

Who are we looking for?
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment
- Ideally, qualifications in Web Design and Development, Computer Science or a similar discipline
- Demonstrated strong knowledge and experience of hand-coding HTML, CSS and AmpScript
- ESQL-based query Activities for audience segmentation, reporting and data extracts
- Previous experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred
- Ability to help guide and educate the DJFS marketing team through the CRM process
