Together with the Store Manager, you'll orchestrate a symphony of excellence and fuelling a performance surge in your team.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, mentor, develop and inspire a team of individuals to shine
Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure the store is welcoming and energetic
Resolve customer enquiries with patience and provide memorable service
Assist with onboarding new team members by providing tools and knowledge to surprise and delight customers
Qualifications
Experience in retail; knowledge of innovative practices in retail
Customer service excellence and a track record of delivering results
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to lead in a collaborative environment and support the team to perform at their best
