Project Manager – Remedial / Heritage Construction
$150k + Super (highly negotiable based on experience)

Are you an experiencedProject Managerwith a proven background in remedial or heritage construction?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established contractor delivering high-quality remedial and heritage projects across the Sydney metro area.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-driven Project Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of works including waterproofing, cladding, façade upgrades, heritage restoration, and structural remediation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in successfully managing remedial projects from initiation to completion, working closely with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to deliver outstanding results.
What's On Offer:Salary starting from$150k + Super(with flexibility based on experience and project values delivered).

Key Requirements:Minimum3 years' experience as a Project Managerin the remedial construction sector.
Strong understanding ofremedial methodologiesincluding waterproofing, cladding replacement, structural repairs, and façade works.
Previous involvement inheritage restoration projectshighly regarded.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Relevant construction qualifications and a current White Card.
