**Summary**:
The Trade Marketing Assistant role is responsible for delivering the successful implementation of partner marketing campaigns. Under the direction of the Marketing Manager, you will oversee the successful and timely delivery and completion of all marketing tactics. Projects include: timeline management of deliverables, submission of print marketing assets, digital marketing assets, webinar creation, training presentations, and image and video requests. You will stay up to date on department objectives and articulate to key stakeholders. You will be a part of the Marketing team and work closely with the Director of Partnerships and Marketing Assistant to assist Collette in achieving the company vision and marketing targets.

**Primary Functions**:

- Provide invaluable support to the marketing manager by delivering all partner marketing plans:

- Project manage and track partner marketing spreadsheet.
- Manage the content calendar for partners providing regular content to them.
- Responsible for submission of proformas including itineraries, images, travel deals, terms and conditions.
- Track marketing spend per partner and report on monthly tactics per partner.
- Work closely with the Director of Partnerships and Marketing Assistant:

- Creation of monthly partner communications
- Help coordinate events; POS stands, research venues, create invites, create presentations, audiovisual and collateral needed.
- Work closely with the North American marketing and revenue management teams to maintain proper messaging across all initiatives providing direction and executing timely proofreading of all material.
- Under the direction of the Marketing Manager and in conjunction with the Marketing Assistant, work directly with Travel Agents for marketing material requests; images, video, b-roll, social tiles, copy sourcing.
- Trade and competitor research and reporting on findings.
- Support the team to gather useful collateral that can be reused for similar tactics.
- Admin support with the Marketing Manager, Director of Partnerships and Head of Sales such as invoice payments.
- Interstate travel may be required.
- Two - three years trade marketing experience. (Tourism marketing experience is highly preferred.)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work fast and prioritise workloads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- High level of professionalism with a passion for customer service.
- Passion for travel and driven by targets.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Programs and ability to learn new systems.
- Drive for high performance and continuous improvement.
- Full working rights in Australia (PR or Citizen).
