Part of the CSR Group, our Logistics Business Unit has been created to embed leading practice logistics & supply chain solutions across CSR to establish a platform for growth capability, customer service and efficiency. Our aim is to improve safety, service, people, and costs whilst contributing to, and delivering the strategic change for the benefit of CSR and our customers.
THE OPPORTUNITY
CSR are seeking a dynamic, influential Distribution Centre Manager to lead our Bayswater operation for three brands - Hebel, Cemintel and AFS. This is a pivotal role reporting to the General Manager of Logistics, where you will partner with sales, customer service, manufacturing and planning to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

**About the role**:

- Responsible for the organisation and execution of receipt, storage, picking and despatch of goods to Customers, and other CSR sites
- Management of 3 different CSR brands through warehouse to market
- Ensure outstanding customer service delivery.
- Lead the implementation of operational excellence initiatives.
- Develop and empower team members to maximize performance.
- Enhance safety standards across all operations.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics to achieve financial targets.
- Drive change initiatives to align with strategic objectives.

**About you**:

- Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
- Champions safety, health, compliance and sustainability across site
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated track record of driving continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans effectively.
