- about 2 hours ago We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to work at our client facility in Cannon Hill. Our client is an industry leader and one of the world's largest family-owned beef export businesses.

**About the Role**
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a requirement to work on morning shifts (starting at 4am), Monday to Friday. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be the first point of contact for employees on your shift.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide HR Generalist advice
- Work with other departments to resolve employee issues in a timely manner
- Understanding and escalation of payroll queries
- Support workplace investigations
- Interpretation and understanding of relevant employment legislation, awards and agreements
- Accurate data entry into the client's HR database
- Support the client's recruitment department

**Requirements**:
This role is in a high-volume environment which requires quick thinking and strong communication skills.
- Degree or further education in Human Resources, Business or similar field
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Pass a Pre-employment medical check, including drug alcohol test
- Q-Fever vaccinated or willing to receive the vaccination
