**About the Role**:

- Provide individualised support to children with additional needs, ensuring they are fully included in all aspects of the program
- Work closely with educators, families, and external professionals to implement support strategies and developmental goals
- Assist in creating a nurturing, respectful, and inclusive environment for all children
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of progress and plans

**About You**:

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (Diploma preferred)
- Demonstrated experience working with children with additional needs (experience with NDIS or ISP-funded support is an advantage)
- Strong knowledge of inclusive practice, EYLF, and NQS
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, and CPR
