This role blends direct clinical work with supervision responsibilities, with the opportunity to step into a Team Lead role as the Speech team expands.You'll support children aged 0–18 years with a wide range of needs including:Disability and complex presentationsASD Levels 2/3Non-verbal communicationSpeech and language delaysAAC useGroup therapyTherapy is delivered onsite (3 days) and offsite (2 days) in schools, preschools, and homes.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a paediatric disability caseloadSupervise students, graduates, and early-career cliniciansCollaborate closely with OTs, Physios, and Behaviour Support PractitionersContribute to program development and clinical leadershipReport to the Speech Team LeadWhat's on Offer?
