You will play an important role ensuring a resident-centric approach and high level of care and support is provided to our residents at all times.Key Responsibilities IncludeProvision of hands-on care and support under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.Delivering thorough assessments, ensuring exceptional reporting, and contributing to comprehensive care plan evaluations for residents.Provide quality resident care in accordance with current care plans.To promote best practice interventions that will lead to positive health outcomes.BenefitsMore take-home pay with competitive salary packaging options up to $15,990, Novated leasing, plus an optional Meals and Entertainment card up to $2,650 per annumCareer development, mentoring and leadership opportunities availableConfidential access to our Employee Assistance ProgramOngoing training and support, we care about your personal and professional developmentEmployee Referral Program - refer a friend and be rewarded.Free onsite parkingQualifications, Knowledge And Experience Required For The RoleCurrent registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) administered through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)Recent experience in caring for high care and dementia residentsKnowledge of wound care, palliative care, behaviour management, clinical assessments, care plansOther RequirementsIt is a mandatory requirement when working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Clearance or National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Screening Clearance, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of this role.All aged care workers are encouraged to be vaccinated against Covid-19 (3 vaccines) and are encouraged to receive the Flu-Vaccine, all successful applicants will be required to provide proof of Covid-19 vaccination prior to commencement.Why work for Royal Freemasons?
