We're looking for a part-time Keyholder to join our team at Melbourne Central store.
If you're confident on the shop floor and ready to take on a bit more responsibility like opening or closing the store and supporting operations when the manager's away – this is the perfect next step in your retail career.You'll be part of a team that knows their stuff, loves what they do, and takes real pride in helping people find their perfect fit.What your day will look like:Creating exceptional experiences for every customerSupporting with opening and closing the storeRunning smooth and successful shiftsReaching your sales goals (and enjoying the bonus rewards)Keeping the store tidy, stylish and well-presentedBeing a positive, proactive team playerYou'll thrive in this role if you:Have experience in customer service (retail, hospitality or similar)Are confident, responsible and happy to lead by exampleHave a natural way with people and love building rapportAre organised and calm under pressureHave a great eye for detail and presentationAre motivated by goals and love seeing resultsAre available Thursday 11:00am - 7:00pm, Sunday 12:00pm - 5:00pm.
