Your core remit will be to provide support to the business around M&A, project finance, financial analysis and planning & execution of growth strategy for the organisation.

Specifically you'll prepare & execute capital raises and M&A deals, including development of project valuations, marketing materials, DD and overall transaction management.

You will also support the strategy team in originating & evaluating future projects and building & utilising complex financial models.

You're tertiary qualified, with c. 2-5 years in either Investment Banking, Big 4 Corporate Finance/Advisory and/or in-house strategy or M&A.

Experience in the renewable energy infrastructure sector (or similar) will be regarded very highly, whilst advanced modelling skills and sophisticated stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
