In this dynamic role, you will:
Explore customers' needs through in-depth conversations to help them achieve their financial goals and collaborate with branch specialists.
Support our customers with digital literacy and online banking as we innovate our offerings.
Serve as the face of the branch, handling transactions, inquiries, paperwork, and maintaining risk considerations.
Embrace lifelong learning through on-the-job training and external development opportunities.
Build meaningful connections within our community, supporting customers and making a positive impact.
This is apermanent, part-timeposition located inEchuca.
The roster is60 hours per fortnight, working onMonday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:45 am to 5:15 pm.
What you'll bring:
Experience in customer service and target achievement.
Strong attention to detail for secure, accurate transactions.
Confidence in face-to-face and phone communication.
Understanding of what makes our bank unique.
Collaborative spirit and team-oriented mindset.
Experience in banking and finance is advantageous but not essential.
