**Job Description**:
Our concierge staff, also known as Client Advisors, serve as the initial contact for visitors to our clinic. As a key member of our Reception and Concierge team, you'll warmly welcome customers and provide responsive, respectful, and professional assistance to address their inquiries and needs.

This includes:

- Coordinating appointments/manage clinic diary
- Processing client payments
- Promoting Kieser's services
- Providing administrative support to our team and the clinic
- Delivering outstanding client experiences

**Qualifications**:

- Proven dedication to customer satisfaction with a professional and helpful demeanour
- Exceptional precision and consistent performance in a fast-paced, repetitive setting
- Strong communication skills for effectively interacting with diverse customers and colleagues, and adapting communication style for clarity
- Proficient IT and computer aptitude
- Ability to work within a structured environment driven by procedures and adherence to quality standards and targets

Additional Information
- ** Ongoing role**:

- ** 15-20 hours per week, between Monday to Friday**:

- Client Advisor shift times** **in clinic are between between Mon-Fri 7.00am - 7pm and Sat 7.00am - 3.00pm (shifts and rosters are set based on clinic and client demands)
- Salary is aligned to tiers in the Health Professionals and Support Services Award 2020 - position begins at Level 3
