**About you**:
Working as the Education and Practice Leader, you will be working to support, train, mentor, and guide practices both inside as well as outside all of the rooms through the centre.
- You will be well supported by an experienced Centre Manager, a dedicated team and regular professional development.
- Experience in planning, implementing and evaluating high-quality educational programs.
- Have indepth understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standard
- Ability to support, mentor a team of Kindergarten Teachers, Room Leaders, and Educators to create a culture of continuous improvement.
**Key Requirements**
- A relevant qualification in Children's services, with proven experience in a long day care or other early childhood setting
- Proven experience within a leadership role
- Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework
- Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
- Current Working with Children's Check.
