Our multinational clients are seeking Customer Service Representatives that will primarily be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Due to significant growth, our multinational clients are seeking savvy Customer Service Representatives that will primarily be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Assignments could typically range from 1 - 12 months. You will work with industry-leading multinational clients within a variety of sectors including FMCG, telecommunications, healthcare, logistics and finance with ample opportunities for career growth and development.

**KEY DUTIES**:

- Managing a high-volume of inbound and outbound calls to various company partners and stakeholders.
- Triaging customer calls and obtaining the necessary information.
- Investigating and providing a solution to various queries regarding issues raised internally or externally.
- Fostering a positive relationship in all customer interactions.

**REQUIREMENTS AND IDEAL PROFILE**:

- Previous contact center or similar experience is desired.
- Attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
