**Responsibilities**:
**In addition, you will be responsible for**:

- Delivery of new features and initiatives to improve product, systems, and codebases,
- Taking charge of the technical projects, working closely with our inhouse, remote and vendor development teams,
- Developing a change strategy and coaching/managing App Developers,
- Working with the Enterprise Architect to use the best delivery and development principles,
- Creation of continuous delivery of quality software with a focus on automation,
- Development and implementation of project standards, methods, and procedures in accordance with industry standards, and
- Engaging with our internal and external stakeholders as a Digital representative.

Skills and Experience
- 6+ years' experience within DevOps and IT Development, with experience managing Developers,
- Tertiary qualifications with Software Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, or relevant discipline,
- Demonstrated experience in leading technology/digital teams within complex and multi-vendor environments, working on significant projects,
- Proficiency using Microsoft technologies, CMS, Swift, Kotlin, Xamarin, Blazor,.NET, C#, and digital platform administration,
- Experience using JIRA, Git and App Events Tracking using Firebase/GA,
- Confidence implementing various SDLC methodologies (inclusive of agile),
- The ability to lead and inspire people around you,
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and time management skills.
