**This exciting role**

As a Disability Support Worker at Tea-Cup Cottage, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals with disabilities. Your dedication and commitment to making a difference will help our clients lead fulfilling lives and achieve their goals.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide personal care and support to individuals with disabilities.
- Physically capable of hoisting and manual handling
- Build strong rapport and trust with the individuals you support and their primary caregivers.
- Work within a rotational roster, with shifts in the mornings, afternoons, sleepovers and weekends.
- Permanent positions with opportunities for growth and advancement.

**About You**
- Previous experience in personal care and disability support is highly desirable.
- Certificate III or IV in Disability or similar industry qualifications
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate and caring approach to providing support.
- A commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
- Own reliable transport
- National Police Check, Yellow Card and Blue Card

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
