About the Role
We're looking for a fashion-obsessed, detail-driven Stylist for MESHKI's e-commerce and editorial styling direction.
You'll play a key role in shaping how our collections are seen and shopped by customers around the world.
Working closely with our Creative, Design and Production teams, you'll curate aspirational yet commercial looks, drive styling strategy with data-backed decisions and help craft compelling content that inspires and converts.

What you'll be doing
Style MESHKI's e-comm and editorial shoots to bring product stories to life.
Own the e-commerce styling direction, collaborating closely with the Creative Studio Assistant, Design and Production teams to ensure the creative vision is executed consistently and brought to life through elevated, brand-aligned styling.
Collaborate closely with the Creative Manager and freelance stylists on campaign styling direction.
Collaborate closely with the Creative Manager and Creative Studio Assistant and photographers to deliver consistent, on-brand visuals.
Curate looks that balance aspirational styling with customer conversion, always keeping sell-through in mind.
Use product and sell-through data to inform styling choices.
Test and learn what's driving results—and adapt quickly to improve product presentation.
Think commercially: your work directly impacts how our product performs online.
Get involved in behind-the-scenes content showing your process and styling POV.
Work with the social team to build engaging video content that speaks directly to our audience.
Partner with the Creative Content Manager to contribute to visual direction, mood boards and styling briefs.
Suggest new styling ideas based on trend research, street style, customer insights and competitor reviews.
Join planning discussions to align styling with trade, promotions and drops.
Manage wardrobe organisation and preparation for shoots, working closely with the production and design team to source and track samples and packing product for shoots.
Manage the styling accessories budget, ensuring all purchases remain within the allocated monthly allowance.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date tracking of all expenses to support ongoing budget visibility and accountability.
Assist with sourcing key pieces to elevate looks, where needed.
Occasionally support with styling for press events and activations.
What you'll be doing
1-3 years experience in a styling, fashion assistant or VM role (agency, brand, content creator or retail).
Strong understanding of fashion trends and the ability to interpret them through a MESHKI lens.
Clear, elevated aesthetic that aligns with our brand—modern, refined, confident.
Commercial awareness—understand that styling is a sales tool, not just a creative one.
Comfortable in fast-paced environments; able to pivot quickly and solve problems on the fly.
Confident communicator and collaborative team player.
A genuine passion for fashion and a desire to grow your career long-term in the industry.
Confidence on camera and a willingness to be the face of styling across social media is a bonus.
