**The Role**

Working closely with your Buyer and Allocator to drive the success of your business, as a Planner at B&L, you are involved with all aspects of the business - from the strategic vision of your department to where stock is finally allocated. We work as a Team to drive outcomes and collaborate cross functionally across Marketing, Visual Merchandise and Store Operations.

**Areas of Responsibility**
- Participate in the development of the seasonal merchandise strategy and presentation to CEO.
- Manage OTB and Inventory.
- Coach and mentor Allocators.
- Analyse performance of a portfolio, to drive improvement.
- Drive financial targets - sales, gross profit, stock turn, gmroi, aged stock.
- Contribute positively in a fast passed environment.

**Who you are**
- 2-3 years' experience in a seasonal business.
- Experience working in apparel.
- Intermediate knowledge in Excel.
- Ability to communicate effectively cross functionally.
- Strong attention to detail, analytics, and an inquisitive mindset.
- Ability to problem solve creatively and contribute positively in a fast paced, high-volume business.
