**About the Client**

Established in 1968, Riviera Bakery is Adelaide's leading European bread bakery, specialising in a large variety of specialty breads including Ciabatta, Turkish, Artisan Sourdoughs, Brioche and now Gluten Free to name a few. The bakery is centrally located in the western suburbs, only 6km from the city.

Due to a number of new commercial opportunities, Riviera Bakery are looking for a Packer to join their close-knit team. To be successful in this role you will be able to work under pressure and be part of a team. A positive and 'can do' attitude is essential.

**About the Position**:
Reporting to the Production Manager, the Bakery Packer will be responsible for packing products according to business demands.

**Main responsibilities include**:

- Packing products according to customer order forms
- Ensuring quality control and consistency
- Adhering to food safety standards
- Maintaining cleanliness
- Adhering to all WHS Standards

- experience in a similar role
- display a high level of attention to detail.
- have the ability to work independently (without supervision)
