**About the Roles**:
We're seeking experienced Previz Artists and Animators to join our team for an exciting project.

**Previz Artists**:

- Design shots and sequences under creative direction.
- Define cinematic composition, staging, camera movement, and lighting.
- Produce techviz for production using motion control.

**Animators**:

- Craft character animation with strong timing and performance.
- Animate cameras and understand cinematic language.
- Work with motion and performance capture data.

**Key Skills (Both Roles)**:

- Strong sense of cinematic composition, staging, and lighting.
- Familiarity with motion/performance capture workflows.
- Ability to adapt to creative feedback and solve production challenges.

**Preferred Software**:
Autodesk Maya
