To help us achieve our plan we are looking for an Administration & Office Manager to join our team at Tennis Victoria (TV) on a full time, ongoing basis.

About the role
- Reporting to the Head of Business Operations, in this role you will:
- Support the CEO and Head of Business Operations in all matters relating to office administration and administrative tasks including credit card & expense reconciliations, drafting of correspondence, managing and reviewing filing systems-
- Coordinate meetings including creation and distribution of agendas, minutes, pre-reading material and future action items-
- Management of travel bookings and itineraries for CEO and the Tennis VIC Executive Team-
- Oversee the administration of TV club and associations affiliation processes, including distribution of all communication, renewal invoices and insurance certificates-
- Coordinate new employee induction program and employee exits-
- Maintain changes and updates to key documents, policies and proceduresAbout you
- What you will bring to the role:
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and coordinate appointments & meetings for others with variable and demanding schedules-
- Well established administration skills, strong attention to detail and proficiency in the MS Office Suite-
- Professional business writing skills and basic finance, procurement and organisational competencies-
- Alignment with the Tennis values of Excellence, Humility, Collaboration and Imagination-
- You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children CheckWhat's to love- Monthly health & wellbeing activities through our Serving Your Health program-
