You'll take charge in their absence and play a key role in maintaining high standards across all areas.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeManaging daily park operations and responding to after-hours calloutsSupporting guest check-ins, reservations, and account handlingAssisting with budgeting and revenue trackingLeading and mentoring staff across departmentsHelping maintain a high standard of park presentation, safety, and complianceContributing to local marketing and guest engagement initiativesAbout YouYou're a confident all-rounder with great communication skills and a strong service mindset.
You lead by example, are solutions-focused, and enjoy variety in your day-to-day.You'll BringLeadership experience in holiday parks, hospitality, accommodation, or tourismStrong team mentoring and operational coordination skillsFamiliarity with budget oversight and reportingExperience with RMS or similar reservations systems (ideal)Great interpersonal skills and a guest-first approachFlexibility for weekend and after-hours shiftsA valid driver's licence and willingness to live on siteReady to Apply?
